Did I leave the brakes on? Is it running smoothly? Let me know how I'm playing Idris!

FOURTH WALLING

So you may or may not be aware of this canon, but Idris is from a show that involves both time and space travel. She’s traveled to different planets, different worlds, and basically used to be a supercomputer with knowledge on all of them.

So now, I would like people to fill this permission out if any of the following:

- You are a fictional character that is very famous. Examples would readily be Sherlock Holmes or Darth Vader.
- You would like Idris to know your race and/or planet. If you’re not the above, it’s highly unlikely that she’d know you as a person unless you’re part of your world’s historical background. Even then, it’s a bit shaky.

EMPATHY

Idris is psychically sensitive, so she can usually read people’s emotions fairly well within their presence, and sometimes even their strong thoughts. I’d like your permission as to whether or not it’s okay that Idris has an uncanny ability of knowing the present thoughts/feelings of yours.

PROPHECY

This is more a plotting thing. Idris can see the past, present, and future of places as a Tardis, and as a ‘human’, some of that is transferring. However, it’s a finicky these days, and her brain can get a bit scrambled. If you’d like Idris to tell your character’s future, drop me a line here.

So, if you’re familiar with the canon, you may be saying to yourself: “The episode says The Tardis can’t stay in a human body!”

Yes, that’s true.

“So how are you going to overcome that?”
